Technical Office Engineer

Perform quantity surveying and prepare project Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Prepare, review, and manage shop drawings and as-built drawings Coordinate between architectural and MEP packages to eliminate clashes before execution Organize and supervise site operations across multiple teams and subcontractors Ensure compliance with HSE standards, mall fit-out guidelines, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements Act as single point of contact with mall management — handling correspondence, approvals, and follow-ups from unit handover to final completion Keep client and mall administration aligned throughout the project lifecycle

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture 1–3 years of experience on commercial fit-out projects (mall experience strongly preferred) Solid grounding in quantity surveying and drawing preparation (AutoCAD required) Working awareness of MEP systems and how they interface with architectural works Strong coordination and organizational skills across multi-trade site teams Professional written English for mall and client correspondence (Arabic is a plus) UAE experience preferred; available to join within 30 days Employment Type Full-time
