Our ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating detailed shop drawings across multiple projects, ensuring they align with design concepts, operational requirements, and project timelines. This role is essential in transforming creative designs into accurate technical documentation that supports efficient project execution and successful delivery.Responsibilities:Generate highly accurate and comprehensive technical shop drawings and construction documentation in accordance with project requirements, design specifications, and industry standards.Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to project timelines and delivery schedules.Interpret and analyse architectural and structural engineering drawings to identify potential issues and ensure design intent is met.Produce detailed layout, ceiling, flooring, joinery, furniture, signage, and coordination drawings.Ensure all shop drawings comply with company standards, local regulations, and project requirements. Maintain organised records of drawing revisions, approvals, and project documentation.Recommend appropriate materials and suppliers for the proposed design.
