Technical Support Engineer
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Talent 360 is looking for a " Technical Support Engineer" to join their growing team! As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to clients and internal teams, investigating system-related problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and performance of software solutions. - Provide technical support for enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and production environments while ensuring system availability and performance. - Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, and system-related issues while coordinating with development and DevOps teams for resolution and deployments. - Handle incidents, service requests, monitoring activities, system health checks, and support operations within defined SLA timelines. - Draft, structure, and maintain governance documents, SOPs, process frameworks, technical documentation, and knowledge base materials. - Maintain centralized repositories, audit trails, trackers, and governance records with proper version control and accessibility. - Coordinate with departments to roll out new processes, prepare training materials and guides, and monitor process adoption and adherence. - Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting operational performance, implementation progress, gaps, risks, and key insights for management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 1 4 years of experience in technical support, process coordination, application support, or related roles. Good understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, middleware concepts, and cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure. Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems. Strong documentation, reporting, and process management skills with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of scripting, DevOps concepts, and CI/CD pipelines is considered a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
