Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, printers, networking equipment, and network operating systems.Configuration of authentication, authorization, and directory services.Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, etc.Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.Resolve problems reported by end-user.Handle user and asset management by managing users, roles, and permissions and keeping the inventory of hardware, software, and applications.
