Technician

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults. Inspect, repair, and replace pumps, motors, membranes, filters, valves, control panels, and other system components. Conduct water quality testing and ensure systems operate within required parameters. Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and inspection checklists. Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency breakdowns. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with the service team to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timelines. Educate customers on the proper operation and basic maintenance of installed systems. Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition. Follow company policies and continuously improve technical knowledge. Required Skills:- Diploma/ITI in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or a related technical field Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Knowledge of pumps, motors, pressure vessels, piping, valves, and instrumentation. Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals. Familiarity with water quality testing procedures and instruments. Good communication (English) and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments. Basic computer skills for preparing service reports. A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in water treatment equipment installation and maintenance. Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UAE. Team-orientated with a positive attitude and commitment to quality service.
