Telesales Supervisor
Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships within the pharmaceutical sector.Set clear, ambitious sales targets and monitor team performance meticulously, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure consistent achievement.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills of the tele sales team.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement proactive measures to optimize sales processes.Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.Maintain a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations to guide your team effectively.Skills/Technologies: You'll leverage your expertise in Sales, Sales Target achievement, and Pharmaceutical Sales. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are paramount. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools will be highly beneficial.Growth Opportunities: This role offers substantial growth potential within our expanding organization.
