Training Business Development Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The person must be comfortable interacting with a variety of people, both internally and with clients. The ideal candidate will also have a strong commercial acumen : the ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, promote our training offer and actively contribute to the development of this business. Main tasks: Participate in the development and promotion of training activities; Identify and qualify customer needs; Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of training offers; Ensure coordination with trainers, clients and internal teams; Participate in prospecting and developing new business opportunities; To monitor actions and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is therefore not just an administrative or coordination role. We are looking for a proactive, autonomous and development-oriented person , capable of taking initiatives and contributing concretely to the growth of the business.
