Van Sales Executive– Frozen Food Division

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Van Sales Executive to join our growing company. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in van sales within the FMCG or frozen food industry and possess a valid UAE manual driving license. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering products, developing new customers, and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients across the given location in the emirates. Key Responsibilities Visit groceries, cafeterias, restaurants, and other retail outlets according to the assigned route. Sell and promote the company's range of frozen food products. Develop new customers and increase product distribution. Deliver products safely while maintaining the cold chain. Load and unload products from the refrigerated van. Ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service. Collect payments and maintain accurate sales and delivery records. Monitor stock levels at customer locations and recommend replenishment. Meet monthly sales targets and achieve business growth. Maintain cleanliness and proper temperature of the refrigerated vehicle. Desired Candidate Profile Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory). Minimum 3–5 years of van sales experience in FMCG, frozen food, or food distribution. Good knowledge of groceries, cafeterias, and HORECA customers in the UAE. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Physically fit to load and unload frozen food products. Basic English is required; Fluency in Hindi or Malayalam preferred. Honest, trustworthy, target-oriented, and able to handle cash responsibly. Basic numerical, record-keeping, and reporting skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
