Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities – AC Technician Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split, window, cassette, ducted, and central air conditioning systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment and perform effective troubleshooting. Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency. Clean and service indoor and outdoor AC units, including filters, coils, condensers, and evaporators. Check refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and perform refrigerant charging when required. Inspect compressors, motors, thermostats, electrical wiring, and control systems for proper operation. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service calls. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation. Recommend repairs, replacements, or upgrades to improve system performance and reliability. Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear explanations of maintenance or repair work performed. Assist with the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems when required (preferred skill). Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in good working condition. Follow company policies and maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of AC experience. Knowledge of Split & Central AC systems. Skilled in AC troubleshooting and repairs. Basic understanding of HVAC safety practices. Ability to read technical drawings. Good problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and in a team. Good communication skills. Physically fit and hardworking. Qatari Driving License preferred. Knowledge of CCTV systems is an advantage. Professional, reliable, and punctual.
