Accountant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable, including tracking, recording, and reporting income from reservations and collections. Prepare and issue sales invoices, apply payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account substantiation to ensure accuracy. Monitor cash collections, claims, refunds, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Prepare financial reports and analyze variances to provide insights to management. Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) demonstrating expertise and commitment to the accounting profession. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a corporate environment or specific industry. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
