Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments. Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and transactions, to support timely reporting and audits. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, providing insights that facilitate informed decision-making for management. Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenditures and providing variance analyses to enhance financial planning. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative and accounting roles, showcasing effective multitasking abilities. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, ensuring efficient transaction processing and reporting. Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements, enabling accurate financial management and reporting.
