Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As an AI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing AI strategies, building innovative solutions, and leading teams to deliver business value AI Solution Development Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models to solve real-world business challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions. Implement best practices for model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Contribute to the end-to-end AI lifecycle: data collection, exploration, model training, evaluation, and optimization. Technical Excellence Work with leading AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and LangChain. Utilize cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for scalable AI deployments. Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL/NoSQL databases and data engineering tools. Apply MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Azure ML) for model governance, versioning, and CI/CD. Responsible AI & Compliance Ensure AI solutions adhere to fairness, transparency, and security standards. Follow guidelines for ethical and responsible AI usage in all projects. Communication & Collaboration Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work closely with engineering, cloud, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and platforms. Desired Candidate Profile Technical Skills Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages. Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI. Experience with cloud-based AI deployments and data engineering pipelines. Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices. Professional Attributes Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environments. Strategic thinking with a product-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications Master s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering. Contributions to AI/ML publications, patents, or conferences. Exposure to industry-specific AI use cases (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing).
