AI Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities You'll build AI tools (like chatbots, document automation, and smart assistants) on Microsoft Azure, and connect them to systems the company already uses, like SharePoint, Teams, and SAP. You'll also work side-by-side with the internal IT team to teach them how to maintain everything after the contract ends. This is a builder role, not a strategy role. You'll write production code, not slide decks. What you'll do Design and deploy Azure-native AI solutions: RAG systems, agentic applications, document intelligence pipelines Integrate AI services with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) Connect data from Box.com, SharePoint, and SAP SuccessFactors Implement security, identity (Entra ID), and AI governance controls Pair-program with the internal ICT team to transfer capability Set up CI/CD, monitoring, and cost-optimisation for AI workloads Document architecture decisions and operational runbooks Advise on Azure AI best practices and platform evolution What we're looking for Must have: 3 5+ years hands-on software engineering with AI/ML deployment focus Production experience on Azure (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry) Strong Python production-grade, not notebooks RAG pipelines at enterprise scale AI agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen) Cloud infrastructure: networking, security, Entra ID / Azure AD AI integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills Nice to have: Box.com API experience SAP SuccessFactors or HRMS integrations UAE PDPL / data residency awareness Azure certs (AZ-305, AI-102, AZ-204) Previous FDE / solutions engineering experience Arabic GCC experience Desired Candidate Profile Must have:3 5+ years hands-on software engineering with AI/ML deployment focusProduction experience on Azure (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry)Strong Python production-grade, not notebooksRAG pipelines at enterprise scaleAI agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen)Cloud infrastructure: networking, security, Entra ID / Azure ADAI integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, TeamsStrong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills Company Industry Engineering Design & Consulting Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords AI Engineer Get real-time job updates only on our App
