AMI Analyst
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Analyzes data collected from AMI systems to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of metering data. Performs data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and exception analysis across AMI data sets. Develops analytical insights to support operational optimization, loss reduction, and performance improvement initiatives. Designs, creates, and maintains automated reports and dashboards to monitor AMI system performance. Identifies trends, anomalies, and data quality issues and coordinates corrective actions with relevant teams. Collaborates with metering, IT, AMI operations, and engineering teams to improve data accuracy and usability. Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and performance assessments from management. Ensures data governance, confidentiality, and compliance with corporate data policies. Maintains proper documentation of analytical models, reports, and methodologies. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Certification in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Analytics, or equivalent). Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within AMI or utility systems. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL). Ability to manage large datasets and generate actionable insights. Written and Spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
