Arabic Mandatory E commerce Operational Account Manager

Spearhead the onboarding and integration of new Arabic-speaking e-commerce partners, ensuring a seamless transition and rapid time-to-value. Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the unique needs and growth objectives of Arabic e-commerce merchants. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges faced by partners, such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service escalations, to minimize disruption and maximize satisfaction. Analyze sales data and performance metrics for Arabic accounts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a focus on the MENA region. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of e-commerce clients. Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is also essential. Employment Type Full-time
