Asst Project Manager - Ref DBMP

Support in overall project management, project controls, and programme management. Establish and maintain project controls systems, including cost control, schedule control, progress measurement, risk registers, and change management, in coordination with the Planning Engineer and Quantity Surveyor. Monitor the Contractor's programme, resources, and progress against approved baselines, and support the preparation of progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations for Dubai Municipality. Coordinate with DM, RTA, DEWA, Dubai Airports, DAEP, and other stakeholders, and support governance and reporting arrangements typical of PMC-supervised government projects. Support contract administration, including tracking submissions, instructions, correspondence, variations, and claims, and assist the Resident Engineer in maintaining project documentation and action trackers. Support risk and issue management, escalation processes, and the implementation of corrective actions across the project team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management, or equivalent from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in project management, including a strong project controls background. Demonstrated programme management experience, or experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) supporting governmental clients. Employment Type Full-time
