Business Project Manager

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in from all stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to guide project execution and track progress effectively. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and motivating members to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to minimize impact and ensure project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

The role holder will be responsible for supporting senior Digital Banking leadership in driving and governing strategic Digital, AI, and Transformation initiatives across the Consumer Banking Group. The individual will act as a centralized program management lead, ensuring effective planning, governance, stakeholder management, execution tracking, and successful delivery of complex digital banking programs. The role requires a highly organized professional with extensive corporate experience, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while coordinating across business, technology, operations, architecture, risk, and compliance. Education § Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. § Master's Degree preferred. Certifications § Mandatory: PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification § Agile/Scrum Certification preferred. § Program Management or Change Management certification is advantageous. Experience § 15+ years of overall experience in Program Management, Transformation, Digital Banking, or Enterprise Change Management. § Minimum 10+ years managing large-scale cross-functional projects in corporate or banking environments. § Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation programs. § Strong background in stakeholder management at senior leadership and executive levels. § Experience managing Digital Banking, AI, Automation, Data, or Technology transformation initiatives. § Experience working within Agile and Hybrid delivery environments. Ideal Candidate Profile: Highly organized senior professional with 15+ years of corporate experience, PMP certified, capable of independently driving Digital Banking and AI Transformation programs end-to-end while providing direct project management and governance support to senior Digital Banking leadership.
