Beauty Advisor / Sales Executive

Greet and assist customers, understanding their skincare and makeup needs Recommend suitable products and demonstrate applications, samples, and testers Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Upsell and cross-sell to increase basket size Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases Maintain visual merchandising and ensure displays are clean, attractive, and fully stocked Monitor stock levels and support inventory counts and replenishment

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetics or beauty products sales Prior experience with a cosmetics brand in the UAE is preferred Arabic speaker preferred (English is a must) Excellent communication and customer service skills Well-groomed, presentable, and passionate about beauty Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets Employment Type Full-time
