Bids & Contracts Manager

The Role You will own every bid, tender and commercial agreement across the business, working closely with our leadership, sales and marketing teams. You ll help us win new business and make sure the terms we agree protect the company. Key Responsibilities Lead RFPs, tenders and framework bids end to end, from go/no-go through to submissionCoordinate input from sales, finance and leadership to deliver compliant, high-quality responses on timeReview, draft and negotiate client terms of business, MSAs and NDAsMaintain contractor and employment agreement templates in line with UAE labour lawSupport trade licensing and regulatory compliance, working with external advisersBuild a bid content library, standard templates and a contracts register

Desired Candidate Profile

About You 4 7 years experience in bid management, tendering or commercial contractsA background in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing or professional services is highly desirableA proven track record of winning bids and negotiating commercial termsA working knowledge of UAE labour law and GCC procurementExcellent written English and strong commercial judgementA law degree, APMP certification, KSA experience or Arabic is an advantage
