Senior Integration Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Integration Solution Architect / Senior Integration & Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise integration and automation solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in APIs, middleware platforms, and automation tooling to drive seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions across applications, systems, and cloud services Lead automation initiatives to streamline business processes using CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and enterprise automation tools Develop, document, and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs, API gateways, and API management frameworks Implement and configure middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM App Connect, TIBCO) to support high-volume data exchange Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to integration and automation teams Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration and performance issues Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, and best practice standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 7-9 years of hands-on experience in integration architecture and automation engineering Proven expertise in designing and implementing APIs (RESTful/SOAP) and API management solutions Strong experience with enterprise middleware platforms and ESB technologies Hands-on proficiency with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Python, Shell) Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Experience working in the UAE or similar multicultural, regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications

Master s degree in a technical discipline or MBA with technology focus Certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Dell Boomi Professional Developer, or IBM Certified Solution Architect Experience with cloud integration services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, and compliance standards
