Business Analyst

Overview

Pentabell is seeking a skilled Business Analyst, for one of its clients. The role involves monitoring business performance, conducting competitive analysis, and supporting digital marketing campaigns in the Saudi market. Position: Business Analyst Summary: The position requires a candidate to monitor business performance, conduct competitive analysis, support digital marketing campaigns, coordinate project launches, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of Digital Virgo's digital services through key business and marketing KPIs (traffic, conversion, subscriptions, revenue, churn, customer acquisition, retention, ROI, etc.)
• Analyze business performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve profitability
• Conduct competitive analysis, benchmark market trends, and identify new growth opportunities within the Saudi digital ecosystem
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across acquisition channels
• Coordinate the launch of new digital services and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Business Analysis, Product Marketing, Digital Services, Telecom, Mobile Payments, VAS, FinTech, or a similar digital environment
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to interpret business data and transform it into actionable recommendations
• Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools is an advantage
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition
• Knowledge of subscription-based digital services is a plus
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Strong presentation skills
