Business Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose The Business Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements into clear functional insights by analyzing operational, financial, and workforce data. The role supports management decision-making through structured reports, dashboards, trend analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Business & Requirements Analysis Engage with stakeholders across Operations, HR, Finance, and Clients to gather and document business requirements. Translate operational challenges into data-backed insights and actionable recommendations. Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and reporting logic. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze large datasets related to manpower, utilization, absenteeism, productivity, KPIs, and performance. Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/adhoc) including trend analysis and variance explanations. Create dashboards and executive summaries for senior management review. Performance & KPI Management Define, track, and improve operational KPIs aligned with business objectives. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in processes and performance. Support client-specific reporting and SLA tracking. Process Improvement Review existing workflows and recommend automation or optimization opportunities. Support standardization of reporting, data governance, and documentation. Work closely with Data Analysts to validate data accuracy and consistency. Stakeholder Coordination Act as a bridge between business users and technical/data teams. Participate in review meetings with internal teams and clients. Support audits, compliance checks, and management reviews with analytical inputs.
