Business Analyst

Business Analysis Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from different departments. Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop process maps, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct gap analysis and recommend operational enhancements. Support digital transformation and automation initiatives. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, validate, and analyze business data. Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports. Monitor company performance against strategic objectives. Analyze sales, leasing, occupancy, project progress, and financial performance. Present actionable recommendations to senior management. Real Estate Development Analyze project feasibility and business cases. Support land acquisition evaluations. Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines. Assist in financial modeling for development projects. Evaluate project risks and mitigation strategies. Sales & Marketing Analysis Analyze sales performance and conversion rates. Monitor customer acquisition and lead generation. Evaluate broker and sales agent performance. Analyze pricing strategies and market positioning. Identify market trends and customer behavior. Property Management Analysis Monitor occupancy rates and tenant retention. Analyze lease renewals and rental income. Evaluate maintenance costs and operational efficiency. Prepare property performance reports. Financial & Commercial Analysis Conduct profitability analysis for projects. Perform cost-benefit analysis. Analyze operational expenses and revenue trends. Support budgeting and forecasting exercises. Identify opportunities for cost optimization. Systems & Technology Gather system requirements for ERP solutions (e.g., Odoo). Support implementation of new business systems. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Work with IT teams to improve reporting and automation. Ensure data accuracy across systems. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Procurement, Projects, and Property Management teams. Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements. Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs). Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in: Business Administration , Finance ,Economics or Data Analytics 4–7 years of Business Analysis experience prefer bank experience. Minimum 2–3 years in: Real Estate Development , Property Management , Construction or investment Experience with ERP implementation (preferably Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). Experience in project feasibility studies is preferred. Employment Type Full-time
