Business Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering actionable insights. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and the opportunity to drive data-driven decision-making in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback cycles Assist in the implementation of solutions and provide post-deployment support Maintain clear and concise project documentation Required Qualifications: 2–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) Domain experience in finance, telecom, or retail Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Basic scripting skills in Python or R Exposure to ERP/CRM implementations Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords Business Analyst Get real-time job updates only on our App
