Business Development Executive

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to foster long-term business engagements. Conduct detailed competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for potential growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding market dynamics. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets. Preferred experience in the specific industry of focus, allowing deeper insights into market challenges and client expectations. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. The candidate must be target oriented and with a go-to-market, get the sales attitude. Preference will be given for cadidates from a fleet management solutions background in business development. Desired candidates are those who speak English and Hindi along with other languages. Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage. Employment Type Full-time
