Business Development Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Approach corporate clients, offices, hotels, schools, hospitals, and other potential B2B customers for corporate gifting requirements. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Schedule and attend client meetings to present the company's corporate gifting products and services. Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Present product catalogues, samples, and customized gifting solutions to clients. Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up for approvals. Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively. Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and maximize business opportunities. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. Handle client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution. Market Research & Reporting Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide daily and weekly sales activity reports. Share customer feedback to improve products and services. Identify new business opportunities and target markets. Coordination & Execution Coordinate with procurement, production, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of orders. Support in payment collections and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain accurate client databases and sales records. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, or related industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi or Arabic will be an added advantage. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
