Business Development Manager - AEC Software

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share across Kuwait. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the AEC, infrastructure and engineering sectors. Building and managing relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and government entities. Promoting a portfolio of BIM, CAD and construction technology solutions. Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement through to negotiation and closure. Collaborating with presales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and product demonstrations. Expanding existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling and renewals. Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and delivering against agreed revenue targets. Working closely with channel partners and technology vendors to drive joint business initiatives and market development activities. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: 5+ years of business development or sales experience within the AEC software sector. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT or a related discipline. Experience selling BIM, CAD, digital construction or other AEC technology solutions. Strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) ecosystem. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills. Experience engaging with consultants, contractors, developers and government entities. Ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships. Arabic language skills are mandatory.
