Desired Candidate Profile

What You’ll Do: -Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing real estate brokers and channel partners across the UAE. -Partner Enablement: Conduct training sessions and provide brokers with the tools and product knowledge they need to close deals. -Strategic Growth: Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales for our upcoming luxury developments. -Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. What We’re Looking For:

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of UAE real estate experience, specifically in broker relations or developer sales. Network: An existing, strong network within the Dubai real estate brokerage market.
