Business Development Manager

Drive business development and sales opportunities across marine, offshore, ship repair and technical services. Develop and maintain relationships with vessel owners, ship managers, agents, ports, contractors and key industry clients. Manage the sales pipeline through CRM, including leads, opportunities, proposals, follow-ups and commercial negotiations through to closure. Marine industry experience within the GCC is highly preferred, with an established regional network considered a strong advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry. Certifications in sales or marketing methodologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are highly desirable. Experience in the technology or finance sector is preferred, showcasing adaptability to diverse environments. Employment Type Full-time
