Business Development Manager

Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients within the marine safety and communication market. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets. Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead nurturing and conversions. Work closely with operations, finance, product, and marketing teams to deliver client requirements. Communicate client feedback to internal teams for product & service improvements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions. Prepare periodic business development reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure compliance with health, safety & environment regulations.
