Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor 's degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in business development, tendering, sales, or construction-related field, including experience in leading teams or coordinating business development activities. Business Development certificate is a plus. Business Writing is a plus. Project Management certification is a plus.
