Business Support Executive
Job Overview
Provide direct executive and business support to the Chief Growth Officer. Attend meetings, record key decisions, action items, and follow up on commitments. Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and business correspondence. Follow up with clients, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders on pending matters. Maintain and manage the executive action register, tracking tasks and ensuring completion. Coordinate priorities, deadlines, and projects across multiple departments and countries. Support business development activities, client engagement, and proposal follow-ups. Maintain and track the business pipeline and sales opportunities. Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach to potential clients and partners. Conduct daily market research and business intelligence reporting. Coordinate regional operational matters and liaise with country teams. Support management decision-making by reviewing operational and financial information. Prepare executive presentations, reports, and management updates. Manage tasks through the company's task management platforms. Support LinkedIn and corporate communication activities when required. Undertake additional business, operational, and executive assignments as directed. Time Management Communication Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, business coordination, management, or operational roles. Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams. Strong understanding of business operations and cross-functional coordination. Good financial acumen, including knowledge of budgets, pricing, costs, and financial reporting. Excellent organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration/task management tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Willingness to travel internationally when required. Valid Jordanian driving license and access to a personal vehicle. Proactive, commercially aware, and capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks.
