Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive repair is preferred for foundational knowledge. Certification from an accredited automotive service organization, such as ASE, to validate skills and expertise. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a professional automotive repair setting, showcasing a track record of successful repairs. Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software, demonstrating technical aptitude in troubleshooting modern vehicles.
