Experience

Oversee marketing strategy, brand positioning, customer acquisition, digital marketing, and campaign performance. Administration & Facilities Management: Supervise administrative operations, procurement, facilities, and resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency. Project & Quality Management: Oversee strategic and operational projects, monitor delivery against objectives, and drive digital transformation and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of professional experience, preferably within the insurance industry
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior leadership positions
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims management, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business transformation, and operational process optimization
• Experience overseeing multiple business functions, including HR, marketing, and administration
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• A digital transformation mindset with the ability to lead organizational change
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
