in healthcare, wellness, home healthcare, aesthetics or concierge services is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong telephone and WhatsApp communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients. Strong follow-up and organisational skills. Comfortable handling multiple enquiries and leads simultaneously. Experience with CRM systems is preferred. Commercially aware and comfortable working towards conversion targets. Desired Candidate Profile .2–4 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, call center, reception handling, inside sales, healthcare coordination, wellness, hospitality or a similar client-facing role. Professional, confident and customer-focused approach. Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses and operations teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
