Commission Based Sales Executive

Develop new business opportunities for REDLINE24 across printing, packaging, branding and creative production. Identify and approach potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, networking and face-to-face visits. Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hospitality, retail, corporate and other businesses across the UAE. Understand client requirements, coordinate with our creative and production team, follow up on quotations and help convert opportunities into confirmed business. Maintain good relationships with existing clients and look for repeat and referral opportunities. This is a commission-based role with no fixed monthly salary at this stage.

Desired Candidate Profile

We care more about the person than the CV. We’re looking for someone genuine, trustworthy, confident and motivated who enjoys meeting people and building relationships. You should be comfortable approaching business owners and decision-makers, starting conversations and finding opportunities independently. UAE sales or business development experience is an advantage, particularly in printing, packaging, F&B, hospitality, retail, advertising or creative services, but it is not essential. A valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage. Most importantly, we want someone who keeps their word, treats clients properly and genuinely wants to grow with a new business from an early stage. Employment Type Full-time
