Compliance Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in compliance analytics and reporting to identify risk indicators, support regulatory reviews, and enhance our compliance framework through data-driven insights. Responsibilities: Analyze and monitor compliance data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks Develop and maintain risk indicator dashboards and reports using Power BI Prepare, present, and distribute regular compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies Conduct deep-dive compliance analytics to support internal audits and regulatory examinations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve compliance controls Assist in the design and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting support for special projects and investigations Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field 2–4 years of experience in compliance analytics, risk management, or a related function Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) Proven experience developing interactive dashboards and data models in Power BI Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations Excellent reporting skills and experience producing management-level presentations Hands-on experience with compliance analytics and risk indicator development Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment and local compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification such as CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent Experience with SQL or other data querying languages Exposure to additional BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline Prior experience in financial services or a regulated industry within the Middle East Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords Compliance Analyst Get real-time job updates only on our App
