Consultant, Global Analytic Insights

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Consultant, Global Analytic Insights, you will turn data into meaningful business recommendations that improve operational performance and client outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to lead analytics projects, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Lead analytics projects that improve business and call center performance. Partner with internal teams and clients to understand business goals, processes, and challenges. Analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Build and manage reports and dashboards, including Power BI solutions. Track the impact of recommendations and support continuous improvement. Present insights and project updates to stakeholders, including leadership. Review calls to identify trends, customer sentiment, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and insight generation while validating output quality. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or business insights. Strong analytical skills, including descriptive statistics and predictive analytics. Experience with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Copilot in analytical workflows. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project ownership skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to align with a North American schedule and work onsite as needed. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Python, SQL, Databricks, or similar tools. Familiarity with machine learning concepts. Knowledge of Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies. BPO experience. Degree focus in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields.
