Corporates Sales Executive (Car Rental)

Overview

A motivated Sales Executive Corporate to support our corporate leasing and short-term rental sales function. This role is responsible for prospecting and managing corporate sales, maintaining client relationships, and supporting contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Prospecting Prospect and handle lease and short-term rental sales for corporate customers
• Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline through outreach and follow-up on leads
• Expand and bring in new business for the company
• Prepare quotations and contracts for new and existing corporate customers
• Client Relationship Management Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular meetings, follow-ups, and feedback collection to ensure service quality
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to address client queries or complaints in a timely manner
• Facilitate senior-level connections between client organizations and Dollar management when needed
• Contract & Account Coordination Track contract expiry dates and follow up on renewal opportunities
• Coordinate with the Accounts team on client payment matters
• Ensure individual sales targets are achieved or exceeded on a monthly basis
• Reporting Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Head of Corporate Business
• Perform additional functions as directed or assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within leasing, automotive, or a related industry
• Good client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and meet monthly targets
• Basic understanding of contract/quotation preparation
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
