Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Hiring: Data Analyst – Power BI & Banking � Location: Fujairah, UAE (Onsite) � Experience: 5–11 Years � Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Finance / IT / Related Field) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst – Power BI & Banking to support enterprise reporting, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making initiatives within the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Banking Analytics, along with excellent stakeholder management and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business teams and source system teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements. Gather business requirements and develop functional/business specifications. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, BI reports, and analytical reports. Perform data analysis, validation, and support BAU reporting activities. Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for requirement clarification and execution. Support UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, coordinating execution, and validating results. Ensure compliance with banking governance, regulatory, and reporting standards. Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and analytical specifications. Identify reporting gaps, optimize processes, and improve dashboard efficiency. Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Power BI, SQL, and Banking Data Analytics. Banking domain experience, especially in Finance / Operations / Reporting functions. Strong analytical and data validation capabilities. Experience in dashboard development and BI reporting. Requirement gathering and stakeholder management. UAT support and test scenario validation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
