Document Controller / Student Services Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and submit university application forms accurately. Verify and organize student documents before submission. Coordinate with students to collect pending documents and information. Maintain digital and physical records of student files. Assist with student visa documentation and ensure compliance with university and immigration requirements. Follow up with universities regarding application status, offers, and admissions. Coordinate with counselors and other departments to ensure timely processing. Keep students updated on the progress of their applications. Handle administrative tasks, documentation, filing, and data entry. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all student records. Maintain application trackers and internal reports. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in document control, admissions, visa processing, overseas education, or administrative coordination. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Experience in the overseas education industry is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Skills: Attention to detail. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and time management skills.
