You Don't Need to Be a Real Estate Expert. We are looking for good salespeople first. If you have experience in sales — whether in banking, insurance, automobiles, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, financial services, B2B sales or other customer-facing industries — we would like to hear from you. Real estate experience is an advantage, but it is not mandatory. If you know how to communicate, build relationships, follow up and close business, we can teach you Dubai real estate. What You Will Do Develop relationships with prospective buyers and investors. Understand clients' property requirements and investment objectives. Present suitable Dubai property opportunities. Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into transactions. Conduct client meetings and property presentations. Generate new business through networking, referrals and personal connections. Work with Zopa Plus marketing-generated leads. Build and maintain your own client portfolio. Coordinate with developers and the Zopa Plus team to close transactions. Maintain leads and customer information through the company's CRM.
