E-Commerce Executive

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers through digital and performance marketing channels. Plan and manage customer acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, affiliates, and other relevant platforms. Identify new customer segments, target audiences, and acquisition opportunities to drive new sales. Identify underperforming categories, brands, SKUs, and sales channels and develop corrective action plans. Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for incremental revenue. Monitor daily website performance, including traffic, conversion rate, orders, revenue, AOV, bounce rate, and customer acquisition metrics. Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion funnel. Track campaign performance and optimize budgets based on ROI and commercial performance. Analyse campaign attribution and customer acquisition data to identify the most profitable channels. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures. Track and report key e-commerce KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations. Work with the CRM/marketing team to convert new customers into repeat customers, and develop strategies for abandoned carts, dormant customers, first-time buyers, and high-value customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in E-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG around 5 to 7 years. Knowledge of major marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Deliveroo, Instashop, and Noon Minutes. Employment Type Full-time
