Engineer - Facade

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and execute facade installation activities as per approved drawings and project specifications. Manage installation of ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) cladding systems. Oversee panel fixation works, bracket installation, and support systems. Coordinate and monitor glass and aluminum facade installation activities. Ensure site works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings and method statements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site supervisors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Resolve technical and installation issues related to facade systems. Monitor material requirements, site progress, and manpower productivity. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in facade engineering or facade design. Proficiency in facade design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper) and structural analysis tools. Strong understanding of building physics, including thermal dynamics, acoustics, and moisture management.
