Environmental Consultant

Expertise in environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA), E&S constraints screening, E&S due diligence, audits, compliance reporting, IFC Performance Standards and World Bank EHS Guidelines. Strong project management skills including budgeting, resource allocation, and operations management. Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to explore new areas of expertise. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently or collaboratively to deliver high-quality outputs. Skilled in simplifying complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage tasks efficiently and delegate when necessary. Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business. Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree (preferably western educated) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience with leading international environmental consulting firms. Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal). In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and legislation. Employment Type Full-time
