Finance Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Monitor and analyze P&L performance, identifying key business drivers and improvement opportunities. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cost control. Develop and maintain management dashboards, KPI reports, and performance scorecards. Prepare monthly business performance reports and present key findings to management. Perform profitability analysis by store, region, and product category. Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and business analysis. Ensure data accuracy and continuously improve reporting processes and dashboard efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA (partially or fully qualified) are preferred. Experience 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance. Experience in retail industries is preferred. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
