Finance Director

Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial management to drive strategic decision-making. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful financial analysis and projections to guide business performance and resource allocation. Manage cash flow and working capital, optimizing financial resources to support operational needs and strategic initiatives. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring robust internal controls and mitigating financial risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred. Professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) are essential, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the industry. Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical distribution, or with relevant experience in logistics or 3PL companies with a similar business setup. Employment Type Full-time
