Finance Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Oversee accounting functions of subsidiaries and ensure consistency in financial reporting. Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and presentations for senior management and Board of Directors. Support business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and investment evaluations through financial analysis and due diligence. Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA. Master’s degree (MBA or Finance) will be an advantage. Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Experience working with ERP systems. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
