Financial Reporting Manager

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP or IFRS and internal policies. Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Lead the preparation of the annual report, including footnotes and supporting schedules, collaborating with auditors. Develop and maintain financial reporting policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential, a Master's degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred. Possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, preferably within a multinational company. Demonstrated expertise in US GAAP or IFRS, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, including disclosures and footnotes. Employment Type Full-time
