Freelance Recruiter

We are looking for a results-driven freelance recruiter to support fast-paced hiring across UAE and GCC. This is a delivery-focused, agency-style role. You will be expected to source, shortlist, and close mid to senior-level candidates quickly. Speed, execution, and quality are critical. This role is best suited for recruiters who are used to high-pressure environments and tight hiring timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple open roles simultaneously (mid senior level) Source candidates through headhunting, databases, and networks Deliver qualified shortlists within 2 5 days Conduct initial screening and ensure candidate-job alignment Coordinate interviews and support closing process Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements Minimum 3 + years recruitment experience (agency preferred) Proven experience in filling mid senior level roles Strong headhunting capability (not reliant on job postings only) Existing UAE/GCC candidate network Ability to work under tight deadlines and performance pressure Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
